Symptoms
- Login or sign-up blocked with IP exceeds limit
- Error appears only on home Wi-Fi or only on mobile data
Likely causes
- Too many accounts created from one public IP
- VPN or proxy exit node already heavily used
- Carrier CGNAT sharing IPs across many users
Fix steps
- Turn off VPN and proxy extensions.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data (or the reverse).
- Restart the router if you are on home broadband.
- Wait and retry later if the IP was temporarily rate-limited.
- Avoid creating multiple fresh accounts from the same network in one sitting.
Prevention
- One primary account per player
- Stable network during registration
- No shady "multi-account" tools
This limit protects the platform from abuse. It is annoying on shared networks, but switching networks or disabling VPN resolves many cases.
